MY TWO OLDEST FRIENDS
Sorrow and Pain,
My two oldest friends,
Please leave me alone tonight,
For now I have tasted love,
And happiness.
Tonight I will sing and dance,
And I won’t let my tears dry out,
All alone staring at the stars,
Pretending to be a lone wolf.
I am tired now,
My heart is heavy,
You have to leave, otherwise;
Love and happiness won’t be able to
Pierce through my heart and soul.
Sorrow and Pain,
My two oldest friends,
Please leave me alone tonight,
For now I have tasted life,
And I want it to stay.
WHO WILL WIN?
Darkness arrives again,
Choking my throat,
With it’s sharp and pointed nails,
Threatening the light,
Trying to scare her,
Telling her that only It will rule!
Light is smiling, knowing,
That even before there was nothing,
And the whole universe was dark,
She exploded,
And created many wonders,
Still unknown to this day,
She knows that,
Darkness wears a cape,
Of lies, and more lies,
She knows that
It won’t prevail for long,
But a war is never won through,
words and swords,
It is won by peace,
love and kindness.
It is won by those brave hearts,
Who smiles even when,
The Darkness slits their throats
And lights the whole world on fire.
Unknowingly,
Darkness also light up the world,
That is how it lose,
And that is how it will always lose.
