After the lawyer’s long strike the courts have started functioning today. During the strike hardly any business was transacted in the courts. Only a routine was followed. The under trials still went to attend the dates. The cribs and the curses of the under trials were all there but nobody seemed much perturbed since it was the order of the day.
There is seldom a day in the history of a case when everybody concerned with the case is present. The case moves an inch forward this day. The hope rises like a fire and gets turned into the smoke of uncertainty again. No body can predict the outcome of the case. Nobody knows as what will happen and what can happen!
The fate of all the under trials is hanging in the thin air. All of us are packed with the air of uncertainty. The consolation comes from each other. One tells the other with the example of the one who had already left this jail that he too will walk out of this place one day.
But no one can decide that day!
